How requests are handled

1. We acknowledge the request promptly and issue private tracking credentials.
2. We use proportionate identity verification. Do not send OTPs, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
3. We target a substantive response within 30 calendar days.
4. You can request status using the private tracking credentials.
5. You may request escalation to the Privacy and Grievance Officer.

Report a possible minor account

The service is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. Send the minimum account identifier needed to locate the issue through the support channel. The system stores pseudonymous digests for case handling and does not publicly confirm whether an account exists. A report cannot by itself delete another person's account; proportionate verification and review are required. A confirmed under-18 account is disabled and moved into the verified deletion procedure.
