You can start deletion inside the app from Personal Control Centre → Account → Delete account, or use the external verified path below. Both paths apply the same exact 30-day grace period.

External verified path

  1. Enter the mobile number registered to the account.
  2. Request and enter the one-time code sent by the configured production provider.
  3. Confirm the deletion request.

During the grace period

The account is visibly marked scheduled for deletion. Login never silently restores it. To restore before the deadline, authenticate, read the restoration notice, acknowledge it and explicitly confirm Restore Account.

After 30 days

Personal data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized, credentials can no longer authenticate, processor deletion instructions are issued, and only the minimum pseudonymous evidence permitted by policy is kept for 5 years. Transaction records may be retained for up to 8 years only where legally applicable. The deletion ledger is reapplied after disaster-recovery restoration, and backups containing the deleted data expire within 30 days after deletion completion.

Store subscriptions

Subscriptions billed by Google Play or Apple must be cancelled separately in Google Play or Apple account settings. Account deletion does not cancel a store-billed subscription.
