Adults only

Registration is strictly limited to people aged 18 years or older. We require an explicit 18+ confirmation before accepting birth details. If known date-of-birth information shows that a person is under 18, account creation is prevented. To report a possible minor account without publishing personal information, use support and grievance; the report is recorded under a pseudonymous case identifier and reviewed with proportionate identity checks before action.

Information and purposes

We process account contact details, birth details supplied after adult confirmation, consent and preference records, service requests, payment and entitlement records, security events, and optional journal or relationship information. We use them only to authenticate users, provide requested services, protect accounts, meet binding obligations, support users and operate consented features. Private journal and relationship fields are encrypted at rest.

Retention

• Transaction records: up to 8 years only where legally applicable for tax, accounting, payment-dispute, fraud-prevention or another binding obligation.
• Support tickets: 3 years after closure.
• Analytics and crash logs: no more than 12 months.
• Security and audit logs: 12 months, unless a documented active investigation requires a longer access-restricted legal hold.
• Consent records: 5 years after withdrawal or account closure.
• Minimum deletion evidence: 5 years after completion.
• OTP values: never logged or retained after use or expiry; delivery events contain no OTP content.

Deletion and backups

A verified deletion request starts an exact 30-day grace period and the account is visibly marked as scheduled for deletion. Login does not silently restore it. Restoration requires authentication, the displayed restoration notice and an explicit Restore Account confirmation. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized, credentials are revoked, processor deletion instructions are issued, and only minimum pseudonymous evidence is retained. The deletion ledger is reapplied after a disaster-recovery restore. Backups are inventoried, encrypted, access-restricted and monitored; any backup containing deleted data must expire within 30 days after deletion completion.

Your controls

You may request access, correction, export, consent withdrawal, deletion, grievance status and escalation. Identity checks are proportionate to the request. Requests are acknowledged promptly, tracked, and targeted for a substantive response within 30 calendar days.

Law and jurisdiction

Indian law governs this policy. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
